Incline Barbell Bench Press

How to do it
- Lie firmly on the incline bench, pull your shoulder blades back, and grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Lower the bar under control toward your upper chest.
- Press it back up until your arms are almost straight and the bar is steady over your upper chest.
