Chapter 2
Exercise Sets
Great to see you stopping by! Today I will explain to you how strength training with Treeceps works.
To make sure that you get stronger over time, it's useful to split a training session into different exercise sets.
To execute an exercise set, you perform an exercise for a certain amount of repetitions. An example for an exercise would be to perform 5 push ups in a row.
Exercise sets have the advantage that you can easily see if you are getting stronger. Your only goal is to perform sets with more weight or repetitions in the future.
With circuit training or video-based workouts that you imitate, it can be difficult to ensure progress because everyone reacts differently to training.
Treeceps doesn't know how strong you are the first time you perform your workout. Therefore, only the number of exercise sets and a variation (e.g. with body weight or with additional weight) are planned for each exercise.
Once you have completed your first workout, your last performance will be pre-filled in future workouts. This allows you to improve your performance over time, at your own pace.
So what are you waiting for? Have a great workout! I look forward to welcoming you again next time!
