Chapter 21
Exercise-Search
Hello. I'd like to give you some tricks and explanations about the app in the near future that you might not already know.
The exercises in Treeceps cover just about every muscle group in your body and are constantly expanding.
However, they are not sorted by muscle group, but by movement category (e.g. horizontal pull), because many exercises activate multiple muscle groups.
If you are looking for a new exercise for a muscle group, simply tap on the search at the top and then "muscle group."
Here you can then search for "biceps", for example. The search is so intelligent that many terms will lead you to your goal. So by searching for "ass" you will also find exercises for your gluteus maximus.
If you want to use a specific piece of equipment, simply select "equipment" in the search, try "dumbbell" for example, and you will find all the exercises for which you can use a dumbbell.
Finally, a tip regarding the searching for exercise names. Did you know you can also use alternate names to find exercises?
"Barbell Bent Over Row" can also be found as "Pendlay Row" or "Helms Row", "Bench Dips" can also be found under the name "Arnold Dips".
This way you will always find the right exercise, a selection of exercises for your desired muscle group or exercises for your equipment!
