Hello! As you are aware, this world is widely inhabited by creatures known as Runimals. Runimals feed on grass, which grows through steps and workouts from the real world.

There are many different types of Runimals that need different amounts of grass. Did you know that Runimals live on the field, on water and underwater?

On your fitness-journey you’ll grow flowers through your achievements. As a reward for special milestones, you’ll occasionally unlock new Runimals.

For example, the Foxia-flower is related to the tips that I give you. With every tip you’ve read, the flower will grow a bit. And I have a little surprise for you!

With this tip, you’ve unlocked a new Underwater-Runimal! Go take a look at your flowers and select the Foxia to collect your new Runimal!
